Landscape Stone mold processing is the core of molding. Gypsum is often used for mold processing, but the strength of gypsum powder is low and it is easy to deform over time. Can use silicone rubber and stone carving materials to process molds. Silicone rubber is in a fluid state when used, with good fluidity and filling properties. The elastomer material produced through cross-linking reaction has large plastic deformation, and the water in the original mold does not have any harm to the condensation reaction. After cross-linking, the silicone rubber has a compact structure and does not adhere to the original stone carving. Used as the surface of stone carving molds, it can reproduce the appearance of the work with high quality and can also be smoothly released from the mold. However, the cross-linked body is easy to deform and needs a support point carrier. The easy-to-form characteristics of stone sculpture are used as the carrier of the mold.
Prepare the silicone rubber and apply a layer of silicone rubber mm on the original mold several times. After the silicone rubber is cross-linked, a 3mm stone sculpture layer is formed on the silicone rubber. After curing, cut the mold along the divided unit blocks, paying attention to the silicone rubber layer of the stone carving layer. Positioning grooves are provided between the connecting ribs between the unit blocks to ensure that the connecting ribs combine the unit block molds into a whole. After the work is completed, demould the stone carving unit block, then take off the silicone rubber layer, and immediately put the removed silicone rubber back into the stone carving unit mold.
