When designing Marble Sculpting, the production of Marble Sculpting brackets is also very important. The main load borne by the main support of Marble Sculpting is that under the selected wind speed, the four directions of wind force acting on the statue from the front, front, and back are generally considered.
For the planning of the outer shape and size of the main bracket, the Marble Sculpting is measured using a 1:5 medium model. Starting from the bottom plane, take the point where the vertical Z-axis cross section intersects the stone carving outline, and measure the three-dimensional coordinate value. The number of points should be chosen based on a curve that can draw the outline of a complete circle on this section. After multiplying the measured coordinates of each point by 5, the three-dimensional coordinates of the 1:1 full-scale image are obtained. The distance between each cross section on the Z axis is 0.5 (1:1 value). When measured upward layer by layer, the spatial coordinates of the entire stone sculpture shape are obtained. Then make the shape of the main bracket similar to the shape of the stone carving, leaving a gap of 0.5~1.0m between the two, so as to determine the shape and size of the main bracket.
The main bracket has good stiffness and strength, and is relatively easy to manufacture and install. Most of them are difficult to measure the geometric shape. During the installation process, there are often collisions between the main bracket and the copper wall plate. The shape of stone sculpture is often irregular. The outer shape of the main bracket cannot be completely consistent with the shape of the inner cavity of the statue. Copper wall panels cannot be hung directly on the main bracket. The load on the copper siding must be transmitted to the main bracket and allowed to be absorbed. At this time, you need to install the sub-bracket.
